Time is running out for the tax credit for both First Time Home Buyers and Move Up Buyers!

 You may qualify for a First time homebuyer credit worth up to $8,000 if neither you or your spouse (if married) have owned a home in the past three years. If you are looking for a replacement home,you may qualify for up to $6,500. Income and other restrictions apply, but most of you can now claim a credit.  Visit:http://irs.gov/recovery for details, or ask me questins. I'll be happy to help.
